At Digital Guide Xpert, we provide digital products that are available for download following purchase. Because our products are digital rather than physical goods, they cannot be physically returned once supplied.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchases where the digital product has already been accessed or downloaded.
- A customer deciding they no longer want or need the product after it has been supplied.
- A customer failing to read the product description before purchasing.
We encourage you to carefully review the product description before completing your purchase.
Problems With Your Download
We want you to receive the product you purchased.
If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your digital guide, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including providing assistance or replacement access where appropriate.
Please include your name, order number and the email address used for your purchase so we can locate your order.
Incorrect or Faulty Digital Products
If you receive the wrong digital product, the file is corrupted, substantially incomplete, or there is another problem with the product supplied, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement access, correction of the issue, or a refund where required.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
